About SydMUN 2023

SydMUN is the largest national MUN conference on the tertiary level in Australia.

🇺🇳 SydMUN 2023 is one of the largest annual Model United Nations conferences at the tertiary education level in Australia. Each year, it brings together hundreds of students in a diplomatic simulation of the United Nations to debate and build resolutions to real-world issues.

SydMUN23's Theme

Amidst the visible façade of international relations, characterised by diplomats' handshakes, loosely penned agreements, and eloquent speeches, lies a world veiled in shadows. In the upcoming Sydney Model United Nations Conference 2023 (SydMUN 23), we invite delegates to delve deeper into the hidden realms of power and influence.

This year, SydMUN challenges delegates to question the forces that truly shape the course of our global society. Beyond the surface, who wields the true authority over the daily lives of people? Who are the masterminds shaping the laws that mould the decisions of nations? What mysteries lie behind the grandiose rhetoric and commitments to peace and progress?

Prepare to unravel the enigmatic complexities of our world as we explore the intricate dynamics that often elude the spotlight. SydMUN 2023 promises an intellectually stimulating journey that goes beyond what meets the eye, prompting delegates to scrutinise the concealed forces that underpin international affairs.

Join us as we navigate through the shadows into the uncharted territories of power, governance, and change.
